It Cost You Nothing Love Will Win The Day

 It Costs You Nothing to be kind, generous, grateful, forgiving, empathic, loving, thoughtful.

I woke up one morning and I got up and I had a song in my head. not one I had heard on the radio, just an inner glowing.. an inner voice.  It went like this

Love Will Win The Day
Love...will...win...the...day
...
And when the winds are blowing
Love will win the day
And when the winds are blowing
Love will win the day
....
Its not much... but it was just bouncing around in my head and I thought what a crazy thing and I wrote it down cause I knew as I woke for the day I'd forget it, like most waking thoughts and this one. well.. I wanted to hold onto it. My self...was telling me something...

There is a saying that there is an energy force a "field" and the idea is that this field will remind you of what you need to become or what you need to do until you do it. And I think in this waking moment my brain was giving me self care. like literally my inner thoughts was that I need to have self love. Even in the storm of everything around me; that which I cannot control and the storm of being my own worst enemy, my own pains, griefs, scars, doubts, fears, self hate, shame; self love and self forgiveness is the answer. AND being the change that I want to see in the world is my super power OUR superpower. We all have it in us. 

Adlerian Psychology and Philosophy says 'There is no past... there is no future just NOW and you should not allow the events of the past to lock you into how you live now!!!!' 

This is SO POWERFUL IT IS A SUPER POWER.

It helped me to forgive myself my mistakes and I've made bad ones. It also empowers me to think about how I want to live RIGHT NOW in the NOW and uncuffs me from my past. My Past has no say on how I live now or the choices I make. And it also leaves the future unwritten and not a 'Destiny' that I can't change.  

Powerful stuff.

Love Will Win The Day

To that woman I was becoming friends with who disappeared, dating apps, and ... My Honest Face

  So this is a special post...  I tried a dating app... and my experience was bad, except for the one exception of someone I really connected with. Yet Bad regarding the app.....Oh for so many reasons which I will go over after my share... yet first I have something important I want to say and its also a shout out to a person I met who in a sense gave me hope.  I met someone in Seattle through a dating app (ya I gave one a try) Their name Meghan. She has her PHD degree, lives a few hours from me, exceptional human being. We are practically the same age, same interests, educated, see eye to eye on politics, religion, same career backgrounds. A lot of the same likes, hobbies, interests. We just have a lot in common. They had one picture that I got to see of them and I found them attractive. Thinking...'ok... so this is going well.' We have seen it over and over again, anyone that studies history, any history will see it. Governments, leadership, Organizations, usually RELIGIOUS organizations trying to steer and control people. Defining what can and can't be done.  AND!!!
