Why Christian Nationalism, Religious Zealotry Is Rotten

Today is the 4th of July, 2026 in a country that is under siege by those who would disguise their bad intent with things like "greatness" or "return to normalcy."  In Texas they have decided to allow teaching religion in schools. Think about that. Our countries prinicple of "Separation of church and state", that religion is not taxed for the same reason, as the two being separate. Is now gone. 

The place that once was a melting pot of all ideas, cultures, religions, languages is now being pushed to not only be christian only, but TAUGHT in public tax payer...paid for by working peoples taxes.

I've talked much about the growing fascism, Right Wing Christian Nationalism (AND to be real...MORMON Nationalism). And it is happening as this is being written.

The defenders or the Right Wing Fascist movement are miss-guided. The MAGA base, the radicalized Religious base has it wrong but many refuse to even look at or think about whether they are wrong.

And how do they build some a confused group?

  1. Stop teaching Education, Science, Facts, Texas now has done this. 
  2. Remove Women's rights to control their bodies, Roe V Wade, rolled back by of all things the Supreme Court of the U.S. (SCOTUS).  
  3. Control Media (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SegPf09WkzQ&t=519s).  
  4. Ultra Rich control everything, everyone else works or fights for the scraps. 

And so what we have here is this:



The only way this gets solved is if good people, people of intelligence, ethics, morals realize that the path the U.S. is on is one of tyranny and oppression. We are literally becoming Russia with Oligarchs and Kings. 

Have a good 4th of July. Resist, Network, Fight to take back Democracy, keep church and state separate, and bring to justice all those that would dismantle everyones rights.

 I recently started getting back into social media because I am resting at home healing from surgery and I don't have a whole lot I can do but lay in bed.  So....I started doing social media and what a dumpster fire some of it is. To that woman I was becoming friends with who disappeared, dating apps, and ... My Honest Face

  So this is a special post...  I tried a dating app... and my experience was bad, except for the one exception of someone I really connected with. Yet Bad regarding the app.....Oh for so many reasons which I will go over after my share... yet first I have something important I want to say and its also a shout out to a person I met who in a sense gave me hope.  I met someone in Seattle through a dating app (ya I gave one a try) Their name Meghan. She has her PHD degree, lives a few hours from me, exceptional human being. We are practically the same age, same interests, educated, see eye to eye on politics, religion, same career backgrounds. A lot of the same likes, hobbies, interests. We just have a lot in common. They had one picture that I got to see of them and I found them attractive. Thinking...'ok... so this is going well.' The Scare, Fear What Is the Purpose Of Oppression Of Transgender People?

We have seen it over and over again, anyone that studies history, any history will see it. Governments, leadership, Organizations, usually RELIGIOUS organizations trying to steer and control people. Defining what can and can't be done.  AND!!! There's a pattern that shows up again and again when governments and religious institutions decide a group of people has gotten too free, too visible, or too inconvenient to the order they want to maintain.
