The Letter On My Passport

  • My birth certificate says F.
  • My Driver's license says F.
  • My Real ID says F.
  • A court of law looked at my life and signed its name to it: F.
Yet.....My passport says M.

Every level of government that has actually examined who I am agrees. The federal government is the only one that doesn't — and it's the one whose document I have to hand across a counter at a border.

So why the M?

Not accuracy. State X corrected my birth certificate. The State I live in corrected my license. A judge signed the order. If the federal government wanted the accurate answer, it has four documents telling it the accurate answer.

Not identification, either. A marker that contradicts my face, my name, and every other ID in my wallet makes me harder to identify, not easier. It doesn't help the person checking. It only helps the person looking for a reason.

What's left is control, fear, and bigotry. That's the whole list.

In a country where we want Government out of our personal lives, the government Isn't!  

What it means to carry it

Imagine you get a government document, and the government puts a marker on it that identifies you in a bigoted way. Not a crime you committed. Not anything you did. An attribute.

Now imagine you want to travel. Every border, every checkpoint, every gate, you hand a stranger a document that contradicts the person standing in front of them. You watch their face. You wait to find out what kind of day this is going to be. You do this while tired, while carrying luggage, while trying to make a connection, while surrounded by people who will hear whatever gets said out loud.

That is the weight. It has nothing to do with whether I am a good person.

Donald Trump is a convicted felon and holds the highest office in this country. I am a private citizen with no criminal record. I pay my taxes. I show up. I help people. I am the one who gets singled out.

Imagine your weight was printed on your passport. Or your skin color. Or the country your grandparents left. Something unchosen, nobody's business, and permanently available to anyone who wants an excuse to look harder at you.

That's what a sex marker is when it's imposed instead of chosen.

Where this actually stands

Because I think people should know the state of play, not just the outrage:

The lawsuit is Orr v. Trump, filed by the ACLU in February 2025 in federal court in Massachusetts. In April 2025 the district court blocked the policy for the named plaintiffs; that June, the judge certified a class and extended the block to cover a much wider group of us. The First Circuit refused the government's request to pause that order.

Then, on November 6, 2025, the Supreme Court stepped in on the emergency docket and let the administration enforce the policy while the case continues. Justice Jackson dissented, joined by Justices Sotomayor and Kagan. No full briefing. No argument. That order is why my passport says what it says.

On June 5, 2026, the First Circuit dismissed the appeal as moot and wiped out the earlier injunction — at the plaintiffs' own request. That sounds like a loss and isn't quite one. The point was to clear the preliminary-injunction fight out of the way so the district court can finally rule on whether the policy is lawful at all. That case is still open.

Practically, right now: new, renewed, and replacement passports are issued with sex assigned at birth. The X marker is gone. Passports already issued with an accurate marker stay valid until they expire.

So it is not over. It is just slow, and I am living inside the slowness.

What I want

I'm not asking for anything exceptional. I'm asking for one federal document to say what four other governments already say about me.

I'm a private citizen with no record who shows up, helps out, and goes home. My own government marks me anyway.

That mark says nothing about me.

It says everything about the people who put it there.

Please Help Me. Demand SCOTUS(The Supreme Court Of The United States) stop the bigotry, or help me to vote out the republicans so we can change the laws to remove and investigate SCOTUS.

The Scare, Fear What Is the Purpose Of Oppression Of Transgender People?

We have seen it over and over again, anyone that studies history, any history will see it. Governments, leadership, Organizations, usually RELIGIOUS organizations trying to steer and control people. Defining what can and can't be done.  AND!!! There's a pattern that shows up again and again when governments and religious institutions decide a group of people has gotten too free, too visible, or too inconvenient to the order they want to maintain.   Organized Religion is a cage.  A cage used to control and direct people to do biddings and explain what people don't understand.  The Salem witch trials are a great example of this.  To Sum what happened. There was a town full of very religious puritan people. with STRICT hierarchy of importance with Men at the top and women at the bottom. These people also kept women slaves. 11 year old girls.
